Order Cancellation Policy

When the customer has placed a new order at Dash Island website and once the order has gone through, then the customer will not be able to cancel the order.

This is due to, at Dash Island, we rely on an automated process to provide the customer with the fastest service possible. Many of the products we carry are shipped directly through the manufacturer. To ensure prompt delivery the order is transferred to the manufacturer as soon as the customer submits the order. Therefore, it is near impossible to stop the shipment after they have received the order.

Therefore, as timing is crucial when canceling an order, if you need to make a cancellation request please contact us via hello@dashisland.com  immediately, preferably in less than 1 hour of submission of your order. No changes can be made to orders once the administrators had approved and submitted the order.

Therefore, our usual return process will assist you for qualified items if you decide to return them back. (refer to Terms of Services).

Please Note :- Items whose ‘Item Availability’ are marked ‘Custom-made’ or ‘Sale Items’ cannot be changed, canceled, or returned at any time.
